Microsoft has release latest update of service pack for Windows XP and Internet Explorer 8 beta 1. Another update for XP is Service Pack 3 and both are downloadable at Microsoft site.
In Windows XP Service Pack 3 there are some basic features that updated such a Microsoft Management Console 3.0, MSXML 6, WPA2 (WiFi Protected Access 2), DIMS (Digital Identity Management Service) and many. Besides basic features that updated, there are two new and enchanced functionally which is “Black Hole” Router Detection, NAP (Network Access Protection). NAP added to Windows XP to take advantage of new features in Windows Server 2008.

There are some newer functions such Ajax enhancements, activities and web slices, Developer Tools, in which to help research and resolve problems involving HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and script and many more function. Furthermore you can see what’s new in IE 8 Beta 1 in in here. Anyway, you can switch to IE7 by pressing emulate IE7 button.
